Mindy S. Sylvester
Chances are, I started off just like you. When I started in real estate, I didn’t know anything. I didn’t have rich parents and I had only lived in my town for a couple of years, so I really didn’t even know a lot about the town I lived in.
But I loved the possibilities the real estate industry offered.
I soon understood that the more I learned and the better I became, the more money I made. I want you to know that no matter where you are right now, you can achieve whatever you put your mind to, as long as you are committed.
When I moved to Naples, I knew exactly one person. I had about $1500 to my name and everything I owned fit into my 8 year old Geo Storm.
I’ve since sold hundreds of homes and have made several million dollars. I’ve learned a lot over the past 24+ years and I’ve made a lot of mistakes.
In this program, I’m going to teach you everything I’ve learned that has helped make me millions!

MEET MINDY SYLVESTER
As one of the top Realtors® in the country, Mindy has listed and sold hundreds of homes and has made millions of dollars in commissions.
Her love of sports drove her to begin a Pro Athlete Relocation service in 2006 and has since established a long list of clients in the sports industry. She has consulted some of the country’s wealthiest individuals, including athletes, celebrities and CEO’s. In 2010, Mindy became one of the most sought after real estate speakers in the country and spoke at events alongside Rudy Giuliani, Colin Powell and Laura Bush.
Mindy has written two books. The first book, Real Estate Success Made Simple: 22 Strategies To Build Your Business and Live Your Best Life Now! is to help agents grow their business. The second book, Dreams Do Come True, is an inspirational book for children.
Mindy is an Illinois girl at heart but has lived in Florida since 1995. She has been to over 55 countries and is always looking for her next adventure. Mindy is married to Matt, a retired Green Beret, and has a huge appreciation for the country's brave Veterans that have fought for our freedom.
